Byron and I learned on this trip that Elijah is a very good car traveler. Whenever we had a long drive, ranging from 9-10 hours, he was just happy - even with no sleep. The drive to Edisto Island, SC was 19 hours.
We are so thankful for this! And now it opens up a lot of fun road trips that we can do as a family.
This never happens with Elijah. Since he was a baby he has only slept in car 3 times. So we are happy to now say that number is now 4!

I guess it proves that if one gets tired enough they will sleep. Elijah is a good traveler and is truly an all around good kid. He makes his nana happy when he says he loves me even at 3 in the morning. Nana and papaw love you Elijah.
