A Little Bit or This and That

Elijah and Byron were the 1st ones in line at Lowes on Black Friday.

 Our main Christmas Tree (2015)

Elijah FINALLY lost his 2nd front tooth!
It happened when Byron was having lunch with him at school.

 Elijah's Christmas Tree 2015
It was the first one done in our house and he did it all by himself.

Elijah working so hard putting on the Christmas lights on his play fort. He did the entire play fort all by himself.

Our Elf, Jingle Bells, returned the day after Thanksgiving.

Santa's Visit 2015

Again this year, we took Elijah to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop.
It was great experience!

Elijah had started questioning about Santa some this year, but Santa brought the magic back to him after their visit. :)

While enjoying lunch, Byron created these cute pictures of Elijah.
We were at Bravos, one of his favorite restaurant to eat at.

Peanut, my classroom Elf, that showed up this holiday season.

Elijah making a paper chain to use for decorations.

Elijah made this super cute reindeer in art class at school.

Mrs. Hupe (one of the 1st grade teachers) came to the boy's game. The 3 shown in this picture are in her class.

Mrs. Hupe was nice enough to take a picture with Elijah too.

Elijah on the 1st Grade field trip to Dewberry Farm.
That is Mrs. Dupin in the background, also know as "The Best Teacher in the Whole World"

Byron got to go on the field trip as well :)

The below pictures are of the pool that we are having put in.

Elijah IS 7

At 4:44 on November 21, 2008 this miracle was born! It is so hard for us to believe that he is now 7 years old. Time needs to slow down. Elijah, mommy and daddy love you more than we can ever express to you in words. You completed our lives and our hearts. We thank God for you every day!

Present time, in the morning, for this birthday boy!
Byron added the lights to the bow, and of course, Elijah liked it a lot.

Now he can watch movies in his room

Elijah wanted to go to Bravos for his birthday lunch. He LOVES their green dip!

Later that evening, it was cake time

Happy Birthday Elijah!

Side Note: This year for Elijah's birthday, things didn't go like we had planned. The night before, Byron broke his ankle. So on Saturday, he was in a lot of pain and needed to stay off his foot. But we both were amazed by Elijah's great attitude that day. He kept smiling, doing his thing, didn't complain and helped take care of his Daddy. We are truly blessed to have a kid with such a caring heart.
