A Change in Daddy's Car

Elijah has been saying lately that riding in the car seat with the back on it makes him feel like a baby. We know that that is still is the safest for him, but we decided to make his seat in Byron's car like a booster seat with no back.

Since they usually take Byron's car, when they go places on the weekend, and they typically don't go that far, we thought it would be OK. To say Elijah likes the change is an understatement.

Take Me Out to the Ballpark

Elijah is enjoying playing coach-pitch baseball this year. His favorite positions to play are third base (Byron played third base) and catcher. 

He is showing a lot of growth this year with his baseball skills. His team has an 1 hour & 45 minute practice twice a week and he goes without complaining every time. We are so proud of him!

After the Rain

After a heavy rain storm, Elijah wanted to go outside and play in the puddles.

 So what happened next? A lot of fun, of course!

Bluebonnets

Last Sunday (March 29), we drove to Chappel Hill to check out the Bluebonnets. I was a beautiful day and the flowers were so pretty.
