Elijah's New Bed

Byron has been wanting to get Elijah some bunk beds for a while now & Elijah has been wanting some too. Must be a boy thing, because Byron has bunk beds when he was little. So last Tuesday, the bed was delivered. We had one very happy boy at our house! He had a great night sleep on his new bed & with no bed rails. And he didn't fall off the bed during the night either. :)

Before I could even get the bed made, etc, Elijah was already putting his pajamas in the drawers.
 
 Happy, happy, happy!

We have already ordered the other bedspread to match the one he has. We also got him a new desk lamp. However, we still have a few more things to get to finish things up. Hope to post some pictures of the final look of his bed and his room soon.

    Well maybe the bunk bed is the thing that will encourage Elijah to sleep upstairs in his room. Its a real nice set of furniture and you are a lucky boy to have parents that will get you these things. Enjoy the bed!! Papaw and Nana love you Elijah.

    NOTE: Elijah has been sleeping upstairs in his room for a couple of months now :)
