Fun Day at School

When we asked Elijah what he wanted to be for Halloween, he told us an astronaut. Not really knowing where this idea came from we decided to ask him. After talking to him we found out that he decided he wanted to be this after seeing the final space shuttle launch and from watching an astronaut episode on a show he likes. We both were taken back because we didn't think he had put this much thought into it and had just decided it randomly. It is amazing what kids think sometimes and their reasoning behind it. :)

So, this week at school, the kids could wear their costumes and were going to have a special lunch and activities too. Elijah had a great time and talked to me about his day all the way home.

 "Houston, this is the cutest astronaut we have ever seen!"

 Trying to get three boys to all look at the camera at the same time is basically impossible. (Elijah, Hayes, and Christopher)
