NYC - Day 4

Day 4 we all were getting tired, so we kept the day simple.

We ended the night with dinner at Juniors, visited Time Square, and enjoyed some very delicious cheese cake for dessert in our room.

                      What do you do on a hot NYC day? Find a fun way to cool down.

 

Our Room- We were in a corner room so we had three windows in the bed area and a fourth window in the bathroom. We have really cool views.

New York City Trip Continued

Our fun continued on Day 3

 Riding the ferry over to the Statue of Liberty

 

  There she is... Lady Liberty

 Elijah was SO excited about getting to see the Statue of Liberty. That was on "must do list" for this trip.

 After checking out Lady Liberty we visited Ellis Island.

 Everyone has to have a "slice of pie" when they are visiting NYC.

So one of the things Elijah wanted to see was where they filmed the world's greatest coffee scene from the movie "Elf".  The coffee shop was created for the movie and doesn't exist, however, this is the location of where it would have been. Elijah thought this was funny and Byron said the coffee was very good. :)

 I think the wood slates on this escalator are very neat.

 So my guys decided to check out Macy's in search of things from the movie. This two will find excuse to be silly. So while they had their fun, I enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying this beautiful day.
