Great memories being made...nothing better!

 This is the snowman Elijah did in his art class. 
He was so proud of himself as were we.
We are going to get it framed and using it for Christmas decorations each year.

Really cold weather doesn't happen that much in this part of Texas, so we take advantage of having a fire anytime we can.

Watching Christmas movies is always fun

Well, it finally happened. After 6 years of decorating our year at this house, we got honorable mention in the Christmas light contest. 

I couldn't be prouder of the great job Byron and Elijah did. 

It is A LOT of hard work, 

but knowing it brings others some holiday happiness makes it worth while. 

We did decorate our other house as well, but not to the extent we do now. It is amazing have having a kid will change thins. Ha!

Visiting Santa

Elijah likes going and seeing Santa but it is still sweet to us that he still get nervous when he talks to him. He had another great visit this year! 

 Luckily, Elijah made the nice list again this year. :)

We surprised him later that evening, after bath with a another gift.

His Elf showed up early this year and made his grand appearance on Elijah's birthday. Even Jingle Bells got into the birthday celebration.

At 4:44 pm on November 21, 2008 our miracle entered this world.
