 When we got to Sandestin, Byron surprised us and upgraded us to a one bedroom condo. It was so nice! We had a wrap around balcony, full kitchen stocked with all the supplies you might need, a washer/dryer, huge bathroom, sleeper sofa, and private bedroom. It as hands down the quietest place we have ever stayed, Never heard a single neighbor or had any bothersome noise. Made both of us wishing we owned it. :)

 The location was great! Super short walk to everything on the grounds.

 We went to the beach as soon as we got there because the weather forecast for our stay was not looking in our favor. However, we lucked up because it was great the whole time!

Vacation 2016

This year for our annual anniversary/vacation trip we decided to go to Destin, Florida. We wanted Elijah to experience the beautiful beaches and water. 

So to break the trip up some, we went to see my parents on our way and stayed two days with them. It was a very fun filled yet laid back visit.

 We were also able to visit some with my niece, Hannah since she was there staying with my parents for awhile.

Father's Day 2016

This year for Father's Day we decided to drive to Kemah to eat at T-Bone Tom's for lunch. We had seen it on Diner's, Drive Ins, and Dives and thought we would check it out. And I am glad we did, the food was good and their armadillo eggs were so good.

Pool and Camp Time

Elijah attended a day/evening scout camp this year and he loved it! Byron also volunteered each night from 5:30-8:00 and Elijah loved having him there with him.  

 A lot of bull's eyes both in BB guns and archery.

He was determined to get bull's eye in both areas and he did!
