Pool and Camp Time

 My Happy Place!
Never knew I would enjoy having a pool as much as I have.
It was worth every penny.

 Elijah and Logan

Even Pops gets into the action

Elijah and Gabby

Elijah attended a day/evening scout camp this year and he loved it! Byron also volunteered each night from 5:30-8:00 and Elijah loved having him there with him.

A lot of bull's eyes both in BB guns and archery.
He was determined to get bull's eye in both areas and he did!

End of the Season Baseball Celebration

We were to host the end of the season with a pool party at our house. But unfortunately, the weather didn't corporate. :(

So the party was held at Center Court Pizza and Brewery. This year marked Elijah's 5th year playing baseball. He enjoyed it OK this year, but not as much as in the past. So, he has decided to take a break from playing baseball for now.

Byron's Birthday

My parents were in town when it was Byron's birthday. So we got to go out and have a date night/birthday celebration. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Perry's Steakhouse. It was such a nice night!

Happy Birthday Byron!
We love you so much!

Field Day 2016

Byron had to work the Friday of Elijah's field day. However, Byron, surprised Elijah and showed up for part of it. What a great Dad!

And That is a Wrap!

Elijah had the most outstanding first grade experience thanks to his amazing teacher, Mrs. Dupin! God truly blessed us this school year with Elijah being in her class. They were a great fit!

Elijah, Mommy and Daddy couldn't be prouder of the many accomplishments you made this year. Keep up the good work as you start your journey in August as a second grader. We love you!

 His hard work paid off!

Not sure where the deer hunter thing came in??

 Mrs. Dupin and Elijah :)

Elijah completed the year at a reading level of 24 which is equivalent of middle of second grade. He came a long way with his reading this year :)

And that is a wrap!

From Cub to Wolf

We are so proud that Elijah has decided to be a part of the Boy Scouts of America organization. Byron was part of this organization and completed his journey with the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout. Elijah has enjoyed his first year of this organization and we are so proud that he is now officially an Wolf.
Good job Elijah Boo!
