Wildflowers

The first weekend in April we made our annual trip to check out the wildflowers. This is probably the last year for us to make this trip because Elijah wasn't into as much has he has been in years past. Guess it is things like this that happen as they get older. :(

This year the bluebonnets were good but the Indian Paintbrushes were everywhere. It was such a beautiful day to check out the amazing flowers.

Eggs and Basket Time

This year for Elijah's Easter eggs he painted them instead of dying them. They turned out so good! We will be painting from now on.

It didn't take Elijah long to find the eggs. Wanted to post other pictures of him egg hunting, but he was in his underwear. HA! 

Rodeo 2016- Conclusion

So as you can tell from the pictures below Elijah was all into the carnival this 

year.

And yes, Elijah even rode this Ferris Wheel!

Can't wait to do it again next year! We are wanting to take Elijah to see some of the actual Rodeo part next year. We think he will enjoy it. 

Rodeo 2016 - Part 1

Oh course, March in Houston, TX means only thing... Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It was a fun time had by all but like always when you are done, you are exhausted. 

We got there early and I am so glad we did, because when we left is had got very crowded. 

This was Elijah's and Byron's first time to ride this Ferris wheel. Elijah seems to have no fear of heights like I do.
