Take It Outside

Elijah enjoys painting and being outside, so why not combine the two? And on Wednesday, that is what we did. He had a wonderful time and keeps asking when he can do it again.

Yesterday I heard this strange noise only to look up and see this :)  The noise you ask? Was the shoes clicking on the floor as he walked to show me. Thanks for the great laugh you gave me Elijah Boo!

On two different occasions, Elijah decided that his art clips are more fun being clipped on himself instead of his easel. Love how the simplest of things can bring so much fun.

Bring on the Dairy

Two of Elijah's favorite things to eat are queso (like his Mommy) and Bluebell ice cream (like his Paw paw).  Can you say dairy, please?

Sid the Science Kid

One of Elijah's favorite new shows to watch is Sid the Science Kid. So when I found out he was going to be at the Children's Museum on Saturday, I knew we had to take him. Elijah had a lot of fun  participating at  the stations and earning the stamps for his science journal. He was so excited about meeting Sid and having his picture taken with him! Elijah also was able to get some Sid stickers and a poster too. After the Sid fun, we enjoyed all of the other neat things that the museum had to offer. It was a good morning!

Blocks and Pajamas

Last Tuesday was Pajama Day at Elijah's school. The weather was cold, so it was a perfect day to wear warm and cozy pajamas. 

A Special Night

Tuesday night was Dad's Night at Elijah's school. Byron was out of state for work but flew back a day early so he could go with Elijah. He said there was no way he was going to miss it, especially since it was Elijah's and his first Dad's night! :)

The dads participated/experienced  some of the actitives their child does when they are at school. Elijah loved seeing his Dad doing everything. It was a very special night for both of my guys! (A special thanks to Byron  for taking some pictures for me.)
