The Newest HEB Shopper in our Family

Last week Elijah asked me if he could buy some groceries that he wanted to use to pretend or really cook with. I said yes, but told him that he needed to use his own money for these items. He had no problem with that at all so off we went to HEB. 
 Picking out just the right head of lettuce 

 He told me he felt like a big boy/adult picking out and paying for the food. 
 
He even carried his own groceries out to the car.

    You have impressed so many people everywhere with your vast number of skills. This was a great experience for you by learning this cost of items. Proud of you for using your own money. Papaw and nana love you.
