Disney World 2012 - Day 1

On Tuesday, we left heading to Disney World for vacation. This was Elijah's first trip to Disney and he was very excited! (so were we). We stayed six days/five nights at a resort near the Magic Kingdom. Byron and I knew very well going into this trip, that with Elijah only being 3 1/2, we didn't know how he would do and if he would like it. Well, we are thrilled to say that he did great and loved it! Better than we could have ever prayed for. He only had one melt-down the entire time we were there :) And that was because Byron and I kept him going past a much needed rest time -Lesson learned :)

We opted not to go to a park the day we arrived at Disney because of getting up so early, traveling, checking in, etc. We were very happy with that decision because it allowed us to have a laid-back, fun first day. Tomororw morning we were off to the Magic Kingdom.
